Hamza said he had "prepared" himself to go to Afghanistan but did not because "Allah decreed otherwise – primarily in light of the fact that my passport was confiscated by the authorities and now I am under house arrest." But if he had a passport, "I would go," he said.

At what point does someone need a passport to travel through Europe and Asia? At what border would an individual be stopped and sent home? Are the borders of Afghanistan so tightly guarded that a single muslim man can not slip through if he truly desired to become one with his brothers in arms?

I am sure many "wanted" to go, but found such sorry excuses to stay home. If is passport is such a false identity, why is he using it as an excuse to save his life?

I had an interesting conversation recently with someone from the Netherlands. Apparently this is a huge problem over there and the dwindling majority has been electing hard-liners to try and close the boarders and stop middle eastern immigration.

It might be too late to save some of Europe from this filth but I'm not so sure I would want to anyway. We need to close our boarders and take this threat seriously. I don't think it was an idle one.
