Amazing, the INS really has the balls to release this illegal alien related to such a high profile case that had many of us in the Washington DC area terrorized for weeks. This country is in grave danger if we allow the INS to keep functioning in this manner. 3000 innocent dead Americans and 10 more shot dead by an illegal alien is not enough to grab the attention of the politicial elite in Washington DC. After almost two hapless, sorry years, it's become perfectly clear that the people in charge have no intention of protecting the American people. The INS should have been abolished early on in 2001. Instead we get some incompetent, bumbling dingbat Paine-Webber crackpot to run it.
