980 AM here in Kansas City announced this morning that Rudy Guliani would be at the downtown Marriot on 10/30/02 to support Republicans in Kansas and Missouri.
I'd suggest contacting local campaign offices for tickets.
If I hear further information, I'll post to this thread.
