Mama Bear you better look closer, that's good ol' southern Biscuit & Gravy with black coffee. We 'redneck' southerners wouldn't know what eggs benedict where.

Oops.....so it is! Looked like Eggs Benedict to me. LOL!

I never aquired a taste for bisquits and gravy, but they are a favorite around here, especially with the good ol' boys, who need a hearty "stick to your ribs" breakfast. :-)

It is lunch time here, but Eggs Benedict are good any time of day. :-)
