I have just recently met this Mark Harding, who was sentenced to 300 hours of community service for this crime. He has just recently began his community service and was ordered to serve the Muslim communty in Toronto. What does this community service consist of? He was sent to a local mosque, and when he reported for service, was told that he had to sit in a room and learn Islam without asking questions or he would be sent to jail immediately. We had better wake up as you can see below, several USA senators have the same laws in mind for you and I! I can put you in touch with him directly if you are interested...This guy needs help!!!.”

The Metropolitan Toronto Police charged a Toronto man on July 1 with inciting hatred against Muslims. The Criminal Code charge of "willfully promoting hatred toward an identifiable group" followed weeks of investigation by the special Hate Crimes Unit in response to complaints from both Muslims and non-Muslims. The charge is only the second under Section 319(2) of the Code in Ontario. The accused, Mark Harding, operated a telephone service and published and distributed pamphlets through his organization, The Christian Standard. It is not clear whether Harding operated alone. The Standard's recorded message stated that according to the Bible, Muhammad was a false prophet and that the Qur'an was the work of the devil. Now it appears that he could actually get his legislation passed in the Democrat controlled Senate and pushed through the House if the Republicans do not maintain control.

Senator Daschle, Democrat leader of the Senate, is ready to allow Ted Kennedy’s Senate bill number S-625 onto the floor for a vote. The bill has 51 co-sponsors which means it is almost certain to pass unless someone has a change of heart and votes against this outrage.

Make no mistake about what this new “hate crimes” law would do. S-625 defines as a “hate crime” the intimidation of anyone “motivated by prejudice based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability of the victim.”

This is not limited to violent acts, but to what anyone can define as “hostility.” Under the Ted Kennedy bill, creating a “climate of hate” is a crime.

As of now, we have a weak kneed P.C. liberal government whose days are numbered. Re read the entire post.....I DID NOT BASH canada in any way shape or form.....And you really don't think it is important to post such a story? Should any punishment include religious indoctrination?? I don't think so.....Do you?
