LOL Get this.Poor FallGuy was in " on hold Hell" tonight.
He had to call Direct TV to change an appt. we have for Friday. OK so they put him on hold and it lasted for over one hour and 45 minutes, then he hung up on them. He is furious ( this was our second try this week to get through to change the day) and is just going to let them show up and we'll have a note on the door to tell them sorry we tried to reschedule.
