If the good chief had let out the license plate at the news conference - then an AV rated Islamonazi defense lawyer would have used the rules of evidence in a court proceeding to get Islamonazi Snipers out of jail. With the information being leaked, the rules of evidence are not an issue in a court of law - and the chief can say, "release was not authorized".

That was no act... or he should get an Academy Award. HE said as much as, the Portland Police was racist and he fixed it. He was hired in MC because the NAACP alleged that the Police were racist.
