It's been a rough week for Dems. I was truly saddened by the death of Sen Wellstone and the others who lost their lives in that crash. God rest their souls.

Maybe Gov Bush will give McMumble something to do in the future for FL (as he did for Pete Peterson).

The Wellstone crash was truly tragic. Although I took exception to most of his positions, he did seem to be a man who adhered to his convictions. Our prayers should be with all who were affected by this accident.

On the possibility of Governor Bush offering McBride/McAuliffe/McMumble (he'll have to change his name :)) a position in Florida, I would think it would be possible. He is obviously a capable man in some areas and the men in the Bush family don't seem to have a problem working with former adversaries.
