The language and details of the endorsement are extremely strange. They raise the question, Well, if you think this way, why are you endorsing Bush? Hell, this is glowing praise compared to the Washington Post's endorsement of Kathleen Kennedy Townsend. Essentially they said "You are dumb, stupid, inexperienced, and have no plan - but we love ya."

It's been a rough week for Dems. I was truly saddened by the death of Sen Wellstone. Maybe Gov Bush will give McMumble something to do in the future for FL (as he did for Pete Peterson).

They sure waited til the last minute but I'm glad that they saw all the obvious differences between Jeb and Bill M. I don't even think Bill M. has a shot at 2006. He's Florida's own version of Algor and we're not interested. No sale.
