No, that's a matter of record. In Bush's two years as President he has, by the record, proven that he is actually less conservative than Clinton.

Washington did pretty well. He warned us of entangling ourselves in foreign alliances and was the only President who, prior to obtaining office, rejected both a monarchy and a dictatorship granted him by the continental congress.

At any rate, we're not talking about libertarians here. We're talking about the "conservatism" of George Bush which has been shown to be non-existent.

George Washington was the first pro-liberty President. So were the majority who came after him, until the Civil War.
