This cartoon appeared in the Washington Post today. I am amazed that any newspaper had the nerve to print it.

The only thing that would have made it better is if his zipper were down!

You know what? Without making too much comment about this whole situation, I just can't help but think that it will be a boost for the GOP candidates in Arkansas this November. The more we can keep the memory of Bill Clinton in the minds of the good, moral people or AR the better. Remember. He went home to campaign for Al Gore and Gore lost Arkansas just like he lost his home state. Hopefully the subconscious psyche of AR voters will remind them of how distasteful Bill, Hilary and the scum-bag democrats really are and they will vote GOP. Is this far-fetched?

In case you missed the photos and big article in Sundays Arkansas section, here it is again:
Otus the Head Cat was welcomed into the Arkansas Dog Hall of Fame on Saturday night with roaring applause, becoming the first cat inducted in the organizations 10-year history.
After four other honorees or their representatives made their way down the center of the Wally Allen Ballroom in the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock, a portrait of the Head Cat came on the ballroom Jumbotron to a standing ovation from about 850 people and dogs.
Otus could not be in the hall in person, because he has been dead since 1992. The applause held until the applause sign was turned off. Otus Owner, a longtime columnist for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, did not attend the black-collar affair, but a prepared statement was read. "Its just wonderful," Otus said in his typical, understated self-effacing manner. "Its just a special, special day." "We do not normally induct honorees whose owners dont attend," said LaQuinta Ritter, a spokesman with the Arkansas Dog Hall of Fame. "If they dont care enough to come, then to heck with em. But Otus is unique." "I think Otus induction is tremendous," added LaMisha Jenkins of Jacksonville, owner of a Rottweiler. "Hes done so much for the canine community in America. I think its beautiful."
Otus, dubbed the "countrys first canine cat columnist" by author Toni Morrison, received the honorary induction in recognition of his work for the canine community over his lifetime and beyond.
