Where are those international "human shields" that we saw protecting Arafat? We need them now to protect the poor, oppressed Chechens from the imprerialist Russian Alpha Force.

Isn't there some low or non-toxic gas they can fumigate (so to speak) the theatre with that renders everyone, terrorists and innocents, unconscious? Seems that'd be an ideal weapon against terrorists in situations like this.
