He should send a message to Saddam and the Murdering Mullahs of Iran that for each innocent Russian slaughtered by these Islamakazis, he will launch an ICBM with a thermo nuclear war head against a major target in Iraq and Iran.

He might have to launch once of twice to get his message across. Then he will have to demand a list of all top Chechnian leaders and the al Qaeda advisors to cleanse the earth of these Islamofascists and their pond scum Islamakazis.

As long as Poopkin suckles at the knees of Saddam and the Murdering Mullahs of Iran, he can expect attacks like this.
