No tin foil hat theories here, but when they said hispanic descent, I remembered that they had arrested that guy named Jose Padilla in connection to something, but I can't remember what????
Anybody want to remind me of the circumstances surrounding Padilla's arrest?
Padilla was arrested because he was planning on making and detonating a nuclear bomb.
Padilla is also John Doe Number 2 in the OKC bombing.
