I disagree. In fact, based on this "FBI Broadway Show", my guess is that the shooter is already under surveillance, if not arrested.

This killer seems to act on media reports,if this latest search is a dead end,lookout.I would not be a bit surprised if he takes a shot tonight in order to regain control of the media.
