Reportedly a man did come out to talk to the russian police. I think they let that many out so it would easier for them to control the remaining hostages.

This is interesting though. Do you think the muslims are concerted or acting independently. I mean first they attack the French oil-tanker and now have ~500 russians hostage? It seems like they are trying to annoy every supporter they have. Next they'll down a Chinese plane.
