And don't think that they can't do it here or that they would have the slightest hesitation in doing it.

So what are they waiting for? If their end goal is the destruction of the American way of life, then why aren't they making regular, all-out attacks?

Are they still afraid of what we could do to them, once the sleeping giant is awoken?

The way I read it, they're *trying* to provoke all-out war with the West. That's why they escalated their attacks throughout the 90s, culminating in 9/11. It's why they're strategically attacking countries that are wavering on the war on terror (Indonesia, France, Russia). If they were trying to avoid world war, they would attack us only -- isolate us, watch Europe and Asia pressure us to back down.

If the above hypothesis is correct, the question is why they want to provoke world war. Do they have only a couple of nukes, and they want to drop them on a major troop concentration? Are they planning to visit smallpox on Western troops and watch as the sick soldiers carry it back to Western homelands??
