Hi all. I was gone for about 2 and a half hours and there's 1000 new posts!!! What's going on? Last I heard, Moose was supposed to give a briefing about 6 and now there's weird stories about yards being dug up in WA State?! I'm going to start reading, but does anyone want to do a quick recap? They took some tree stumps out of a yard in Tacoma and they are maybe flying them to MD! Looking into a past residence of a Fort Lewis soldier.

Press conference cancelled. Investigation leading in other directions. A short while later, news broke about the search of a backyard in Tacoma, Washington, by the FBI & ATF related to the sniper case. Former FBI talking head says they will be looking for two people of interest in a manhunt of historic proportions. FBI will announce. Significant break in the investigation.

They are digging up a back yard in WA where they are looking for evidence (bullets) that will be tied to DC sniper... (maybe Hispanic-American, ex-military guy and another person, no description yet.)

6 pm by moose cancelled. Scene moves to tacoma where fbi search for ballistic evidence from a back yard where a former Fort Lewis soldier lived. Dig up tree trunk to fly it to Rockville Maryland. Confirmed that this is related to sniper in D.C. News reports other similar searches going on in various location across the country (won't say where).

Sniper is American of hispanic extraction, still at large.

Moose may have news conference around 10 pm tonight.
