Instead of spouting hate, why don't you share with us specifically what Moose could be doing differently in this case?

There is really no defense against a sniper. They are trying to draw him out so that they can learn more about him/them. As they learn they will piece together some info that may lead to a bust. This is going to take time.
The moose is not calling all the shots, he is but a messenger. (a fairly well pissed off on at that) The FBI is there. The ATF is there. I heard some idiot on FOX calling for the National Guard to be deployed.(now that will be something)
I suggest and will volunteer to sit on a corner in a easy chair with a bullseye T shirt and draw the SOB out into the open! That might work.
