"...you have likely bitten off too much. BTW is Landru the judge on this wager too?? I hope so. Thus far, he has proven to be a fair, competent, honest, and trustworthy arbitor of our other wager."

The game of college football has passed JoPa by, I'm afraid, and Coach Groh will make that all-too-evident AGAIN in a coupla weeks. You wanna bet?! Let's make it a nice lunch at a local Richmond eatery, and I'll accept Landru as the judge, although some of his pronouncements lately have led me to doubt his impartiality.

Uh...that was the bet we made last September (in late Black IX or early Black X), Except we specified Sam Miller's, where I will have the she-crab soup and a nice steak, medium well. Sheeeesh!

"Again, you have likely bitten off too much."

Well doesn't that beat all.
That's (essentially) what I said to him only a few days ago, sultan.
Next thing ya know?
The boy's got me dancin' a jig as second to my beautiful redhead &...wearing a kilt!
(~the insufferable little twit. :o) )
Happygal must be offended hearing a Yank being *insulted* using an Irish/Scottish attire usually reserved for only their men.
I dunno, sultan; buy 'em books, send 'em to school, & just LOOK what they do.

A *wager*????

"BTW is Landru the judge on this wager too?? I hope so. Thus far, he has proven to be a fair, competent, honest, and trustworthy arbitor of our other wager."

Now I really *like* that take.
Couldn't possibly have said it better, myself; especially, the *trustworthy* part.
Penn State grads; simply exceptional folks with impeccable taste & judgement to match.

Yes.
Of course it's a wager & I read it right here, too.
(...we'll just see who's wearing the dress when this is all said & done; beard or no beard, buster.)

"...and I'll accept Landru as the judge, although some of his pronouncements lately have led me to doubt his impartiality."

Balderdash! Heresy! SLLLLanderrrrrrr!!
Why I (just happen to be) pure as the driven snow, you scallywag!
~Just ask my wife.

Of course, sultan; I'll be honored *&* pleased to preside over this wager, too.
Justice has never before needed to be meted-out quite like it's needing to be meted out, here.

Ah-ha!
Shenanigans alreadyyyyyyy as-I-suspected.
Naturally, I rule in your favor, sultan.
That is to say, a wager with a new bounty must be declared by Mudboy Slim & immediately!!
Or else, I'll begin leving some mighty harsh monetary penalties against that boy, on top of the fifteen yards & loss of down he's getting, as it is.

The court frowns on any attempt at a slight-of-hand. ;^)

Now if you've watched Terry McAuliff, closely?

...then you must know by now precisely how *I* got this one's number.
