I was telling my wife this morning that the actual note said nothing about money but instead was asking for the release of the prisoners at Gitmo

Yeah, I caught that story too. Yet another thing to ponder, right?   I remember as a young'en hearing on the news about arab hijackings and demands for release of prisoners and thinking to myself:  "if they'd just execute those guys instead of putting 'em in prison, there wouldn't be anything to demand."   Not convinced now that I've ever shook off that thought.    ©¿©
