How? I ride the bus to NYC everyday. Down to Wall St., as a matter of fact. Let's say there's a terror cell that targets my bus. How do we take care of it? I take inventory of the passengers every day. I profile. If there's anyone swarthy onboard, I sit next to them. If I see someone strapped with bombs, I'll rip his eyes out. But how do we control this?
