How is it that the police were able to be on the scene at the bus within seconds of the driver being hit, and setup roadblocks? That's what I heard on FOX some time this morning?

well if you live in the area you may have noticed, at every major intersection there are police cars, They are patrolling heavily all over the metro area. I have seen more cop cars out on the roads everywhere, from state police, county cops, sheriffs, and Federal cops as well. That is why they are there so quickly.
