Yes, Mr. Cogburn, little Johnny is struggling. It is a good thing he's not running against a more competent candidate. Jean Shaheen has all the presence of Edith Bunker and he is still barely ahead...for a guy who has had everything handed to him he's in a fight.
Don't worry, George& the Misses, Dick and perhaps Colin will be up to give him a hand shortly...maybe George Sr. as well.
How's ole Jeb doing? Probably not talkin' about volunteering for the McGovern Campaign while men his age were serving overseas. When this is all over it'll be time to coordinate with Senator Boyce and mandate a minimum percentage of the vote be received before any candidate is a party nominee. Between Jeb and Charlie I kind of wonder why any Reagan-Republican bothers showing up.

for a guy who has had everything handed to him he's in a fight. Oh, really? I guess you missed that whole primary thing, defeating an incumbent?
And if he's had everything handed to him, why is his fundraising so poor?

Yeah, he had the primary handed to him. Bob Smith just decided to drop out of the race if I recall. [/sarcasm]
Emily's List has spent nearly $250K against John. How is that his fault? Why isn't there a pro-life group as strong as Emily's List? He defended his pro-life position last night during the UNH debate and has voted pro-life the past 6 years. NARAL gives him a zero.
Sununu has had to work for this race, but his work would be easier if a certain nutjob senator from Wolfeboro would put a stop to his nutjob followers' write-in campaigns.

I kind of wonder why any Reagan-Republican bothers showing up. Yeah, Reagan would have really shown that Bush family up. He hated them so bad he might have even made one vice-president.
