anyway, I redid it and it worked. I think using the 9 digit zip did the trick. Never have to do that elsewhere ... oh well.

Yeah... the system was persnickety for me too.... I put my NW in a different location in my address than the bank does, and I spelled out Road, when they abbreviated it.
