Nah, it's probably a fed, looking to stir up funding for his department.

Unresolved psychological issues also, like we commonly see with firemen/arsonists.

One of the most famous arson investigators (and instructors of that subject) out here in SoCal turned out to be a notorious arsonist who got off on "beating" the other arson investigators with his ultra simple and hard to trace matchbook trick. His travels were ultimately connected with the arson dates and places.

That's my bet: it's a frustrated federal law enforcement officer, probably from F-Troop.

Better check the travel logs of all the BATFags in the MD VA area.

ButI will leave predicting his race to racial experts like you _Jim.

If you are familiar with naval terminology ... you just crossed the "T".

I pray both you and I are wrong in our surmize.

I wouldn't be surprised. My first choice for the suspect would be a "peaceful" Muslim, but the longer he evades, the more it appears there is the possibility of an "inside job".

Given the feds performance at Waco, Ruby Ridge, and the FBI shooting in Baltimore earlier this year, I would not at all be surprised if a fed was behind this.
