I have lived in this house for four years and never heard anything like that. Like I said earlier, we live in a very safe, good area. Best schools, house value, etc.
I just can't believe that I just heard that!

We went through all the other possibilities and convinced ourselves it was just fireworks. We turned out to be wrong. It was my then 10 year old son who insisted it was a gunshot. If your situation turns out to be something like that, prepare to feel differently about your neighborhood for awhile.
