Whether or not you like Mr. Gore's politics, he's a human being. I certainly wouldn't be bragging to the whole world if I had treated someone the way you did. I'd be apologizing for my boorish behavior.

It's always open season on Al Gore and the rats. For years Gore and his ilk have pointed out how superior they are. So it's hardly "boorish" to let Gore know how you feel about him. He asked for it. By his own boorish and absurd actions.

The FUNNY thing is that Gore is riding on Southwest. What? No private jet? Oh how the mighty and powerful have fallen.

And by the way, you can't MAKE people like Gore or Clinton or any of these folks FEEL BAD. It's just not possible. If you ever met any of these types you would know. Especially Clinton, who is a psychopath.

FWIW, Sen Paul Simon was on a plane I rode on. i think this was just after he retired.

I recognized him, but what are you to say to someone famous?
I have respect for Paul Simon, he's an honest Liberal who I happen to agree on only a few political issues with.
I was thinking of saying
"hey are you Paul Simon?"
"why yes I am"
"you know I am a big admirer of yours"
"why thank you!"
"yeah, i really love 'bridge over troubled water'.
It's cool you have time for singing and politics both.
By the way, whatever happened to Garfunkel???"
