If it was the Vast White Ring Consp. the victims would be a much closer group.
Here the business places seem to be the key. Bush supporters. Wyle's (Michaels), Marcus (HomeDepot), 4 oil companies. I haven't finshed researching the smaller places, but it's not going to surprise me if they're all on some Bush donar list.

After several decades of research, conducted largely by the FBI, there is now a rough profile of
serial killers in general. Acording to that general profile, the overwhelming majority of
serial killers are "
white" males who are between twenty and forty years of age.
When law enforcement agencies become aware that a serial kiler is operating, no clues or suspects, they develope a specific theoretical "profile" of the killer...starting with "white"..
