I heard a reporter CALL in to FOX and said the message was found in the woods. (I heard this, darn-it)

The only phone number that comes to mind that the person might have left that he can "call them back"..is "CALL 911"

The shooter might have told them on the note to call 911, taunting them.

I heard that, too, spectre...but only once. Then the cops told the reporters to stifle it.
