Then he appears at 7pm with his cryptic little message about playing phone tag. The reporters dutifully repeat his unintelligible message over and over again. The chief is having himslef a sly laugh at the media's expense.

Yes, he probably has it all scoped out and ready to hit..wonder if this is WHY the 5 school districts have cancelled classes, but of course, you'd never hear that on the news..We shall see what tomorrow brings...
