So Moore decides to prove his points with a harrassing interview of an old man suffering from the symptom's of Alzheimer's. He's a fat slob and considering his Park Avenue address and privately schooled kids, a typical rich liberal hypocrite. Where the hell are the conservative film makers???????

I just thought of one: Libertarian hero John Stossel. Please, somebody finance a documentary by him.

Probably being shut out of the process by the high-level libs. Think DreamWorks (with Spielberg and Geffen on the board) or Disney (whose motion picture output barely includes family fare anymore) are going to jump on a new John Milius project?

Back before I got the full picture on liberalism, I used to think Milius was as close to a Nazi as they would allow near a camera (in fact, I believe Pauline Kael actually called him one). Now I check the listings to see if any of his films are shown on the tube. I especially look forward to finding "Red Dawn," which ironically, involves the battle of high school kids against Russian troops parachuting into...Colorado.

I think that the right-of-center who let Moore make fools of them don't understand how looney Moore is, and how far he will go to paint his ideological opposites as the looneys. At least Dick Clark had the sense to blow Moore off.
