Breaking news Tuesday evening from Warrington, Pennsylvania. Joseph Pileggi, of Pileggi Enterprises of Ambler Pennsylvania has refused to provide water to the child care center, WE CARE, in Warrington PA located at 580 Kansas Road. He has been in an on-going battle attempting to force the owners hand to pay taxes and insurance that were not in his original lease agreement as well as ignore a 30 month renewal that the owner has proven to this writer was written and mailed in a timely manner. He is now refusing to fix their water source. The owner, who preferred not to be named at the time of publication, has found an alternate source until this can be resolved. State and Local officials do not seem to have answers to this dilemma. Speculation has arrived as to Mr. Pileggi's political ties and abilities to thwart responsibility. Mr. Pileggi refused to take calls from reporters.
