"Sniper" Task Force Searching Residence in Baltimore (developing)

Sean Hannity is breaking news from his affiliate WMAL. The task force investigating the sniper shootings is searching a residence in Baltimore. Apparently, a white van has been impounded, an AR-15 has been found in the residence, and a man is being questioned by the FBI. The FBI is saying that he is "not a suspect."

That would be a practical step if one wanted to dump the vehicle without drawing attention....

Nachman reporting that the weapon police found does not match what authorities are seeking to tie suspect to the shootings BUT the tarot cards, sniping manual, van etc are too much of a coincidence to eliminate the man as a suspect.

TIME OUT--I thought this guy wasn't a suspect. Why did they search his van, and where did you hear that they found all those items?

Are you sure they didn't find all this stuff inside the abandoned truck in DC? It really, for sure, was in the Marine guy's van in Baltimore?

Okay, I'm confused. How many vehicles have been recovered, and how many suspects? Were any of the suspects with the vehicles, and if so which suspect/s went with which vehicle. I apologize in advance for being too slow to keep up with this :(

According to Fox, the truck had "a temporary tag that had been tampered with." Certainly not outside the playbook of Islamists, since it's easy to fool with a temp plate.

A recently painted white truck fits with the original description -- the witness couldn't read the lettering because it was painted over (sloppily, probably with cheap paint). You see those types of trucks frequently -- I've even seen old mail trucks with such bad paint jobs that you couldn't miss the fact.

I'd bet this is the original truck that was sighted, and hasn't been used again since the day it was sighted...

MSNBC said Maryland authorities examined the AR-15 and casings and are not interested. The FEDS are seeking FEDERAL warrants and will be back to see him soon.
