Call them the worst of the worst.
It's no secret that many of the city's public schools are in crisis, but these 12 are at the bottom of the class.
They lack books and classroom space, rely on uncredited teachers, and have students who fail exams at a rate of 99 percent.

This is living testimony of the failure of an institution run by liberals.

Who STOLE the money supporting those schools?.
It went somewhere.(the money$$)..? Follow the money.... could it be that these schools are a link to much bigger thievery, its just that someone let them get just really really bad instead of moderataly bad.

Other parents blamed a lack of money for PS 92's woes, noting that they have to buy crayons, soap, tissues and even toilet paper for the school.

uhhh.....I don't know about most schools but when my kids were in elem. school (definately nowhere near NY, lol) part of their back to school list did include crayons and a box of tissues so I have to wonder why they're included here in the list of stuff parents send to school. :-/

Toilet paper. That's pretty much all I have to say.
