We desperatly need to return to the hand marked paper ballots that were counted in the precinct, it was foolproof and the results were obtained quicker than today.

I'm not sure I'm thrilled with seeing a blueprint for mischeivous Dem strategy. Is there any way to monitor this BEFORE the votes are cast? Can we ask for paper ballots instead? This article was SCARY!
