Very strange statement. They are either Rem 223 or they are not. Is it similar to find a Rem 243 and call it such 'cause both share the number "3" in the headstamp?
It does sound like a good suspect to begin with.
Fox just broke this ....they are showing a white box truck being towed...away by police.
I'll take any glimmer of hope. They may not want to be too specific regarding the weapon at this point.
