In case you hadn't noticed, there has been a pattern of stepped up Al Qaeda activity lately The fact that you see Al Queda everywhere is apparent. No need to remind us. However, there isn't even the slightest bit of EVIDENCE that would suggest this is a terrorist act.
Until such evidence is produced, we can't say one way or another. My theory is just as likely as yours is.

Rubbish. Point out where there has been stepped up Serbian paramilitary activity, particularly abroad. What freighters have the Serbians blown up lately? Which Serbian cells got busted in Germany and Italy? When did Serbia claim responsibility for the attack in Bali?
So on the one hand, I have a pattern of terrorist activity that is worldwide to back up my supposition, whereas you have only your own prejudices to back up yours. But I must say that you're being awfully unkind to the Serbians.

This IS a terrorist act. It has sown terror in the hearts of thousands of Citizens, if we believe what those in that area are saying. ALL evidence says it's an act of terror. What flavor terrorist, I'm sure I don't know.

well, while we're posting theories that haven't been floated yet, I thought of a couple over the weekend that had my wife rolling her eyes at me (not a terribly uncommon occurrence in my household).
George Bush is behind it. It is taking the attention of the public off of Iraq. Folks are afraid to hold peace rallies in DC for fear of the sniper.
Kathleen Kennedy Townsend is behind it. Her exceedingly listless campaign for governor needed an issue to galvanize opposition to Erlich.
For the record...I'm still leaning to the homegrown wacko theory, but I still think the 2 tinfoil hat theories I post with tongue firmly planted in cheek pale in comparison to the apparently sincere theorizing of one of our own here at FR, that it's anti-gun people behind it, hoping more restrictive gun laws are the result of the rampage.
