I think I would have to act calm and then kick his arse and then roll him under a slurpee machine and turn it on full blast all three flavors to keep his body cold until my citizens arrest is relinqueshed. Then the question who do you call......911? The FBI..... The National Guard....Barney Fife sheriff...The CIA....The White House...? The Ghostbusters....?
