Thought some folks might be interested in this action report. Lots of good conversations. Lots of well wishes and support for what happened last year in Oregon and the year before in Nevada ... and the fight in Florida.

Sounds like you guys are having fun.
I got to have coffee with Bill Ransom last year in Merril OR (near Klamath Falls), and I was very impressed with him.
He is down to earth and intelligent. I think that he is a good spokesman for property rights and sensible natural resource management.
Come to think of it, so are you Jeff.

I went over and told them if they would spray paint a big UN on the side of the car (for the United Nations) that I would beat the living you-know-what out of it. They did ... and I did. Got a lot of cheers from all around. LO really L!

Bill is a good man. He was out on a consruction job when the headgate stand got started in July of 2001, but as soon as he got back (late-July or early-August) he jumped in ith both feet and has been going strong ever since.
They are on their way through Louisiana today and then Mississippi tomorrow.
