Three years after receiving her degree from Kaua'i Community College, the daughter of United Public Workers union leader Gary Rodrigues was running her own consulting business for an annual income of more than $142,000, a federal court was told yesterday.

Not only that, if asked what party they belong to, I'll bet they all say Democrat. Even if they are not registered to vote.

I think public employee crime and union crime is as bad as Wall Street CEO/CFO crime and should be treated as such. Even if they do have the excuse of being Democrats and "don't know no betta", Brudda!

I live on Kauai, and have not seen one word of this in the local paper. It is a small island and I have met Bill Hancock - one of my architect clients is his best friend, and I worked on a small remodel project for him today! Anyway, this is the same old stuff for Hawaii. Having lived here for fourteen months, I cannot believe the corruption here compared to Arizona, my previous state of residence.
