A handwritten note - that could prove interesting when police have a suspect. Very curious - I wonder why the shooter would leave a signature item like the tarot card and then ask police NOT to use it?

The only reason I can think of is that he doesn't want to be linked to any copycat shootings. He wants the police to know which ones are his?
