Tonkin, our deliverer of flowers each day, and Postmaster General, and Canteen Cop, is a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Today is the end of his regular work week, thus it's Friday. And tomorrow is the day he stands a Radio Watch at the Coast Guard Station. He learned all the same stuff as the regular Coast Guard folks and passed all the same tests. We are very proud of his service to our country.
In uniform at his Duty Station.
FreeRepublic has several other veterans that are members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. We are proud of them all.

Spidey and his friends - LOL! I'm saving my tank and adding it to my profile. Speaking of which I still need to update my profile, that is whenever I get the chance. I tell you, as I get older, 24 hours a day is never enough to do all the things I need to do. LOL!
