OK folks, I heard the ante is $250,000 now to find the killer. Here's a link to satelite photo's of the area. I'm sure there's alot of folks who've got the time (and equipment) to find the best views, and find out where the shooter was.
Good Luck to All !

I think I'll have better luck if I devote my time trying to obtain all the letters necessary to spell the word
F-R-I-S-K-I-E-S

here is what gets me....here in Phoenix at new
years time, those who shoot waepons are reminded
that a bullet fired can be located as to where the shooter
was standing at discharge.....now add a satellite so
when this technology is "turned on" and a shot is fired
track from all that technology, all cars/trucks and
go get em....case solved.

DO you have to pay income tax on a reward? Or is it treated like a gift?

Between Chief Ramsey and Chief Moose, I fear for our citizenry.Hopefully there is someone involved that knows what they are doing, that isn't interested in running up to every camera they see, to offer no information....

I understand Chief Ramsey is ticked because Chief Moose is hogging the camera. Pair of donut munchers if ever there was a pair.

Closer image of 3rd victim
(Aspen Hill Road & Connecticut Ave)The gas station is to the left (off-white roof) the gas pumps are under the canopy (next structure) lined up perpendicular to Connecticut Ave which is the multi-lane road running north/south.
The major parking lot directly across the street is approximately 10 feet above the gas station grade elevation and the grade increases as it reaches the shopping center stores (dark roofs on slight angle).
The parking lot in the upper-right corner is the back half of the shopping center where the first Michael's store is located.
The large white square at the top of the photo is another grocery store.
Trust me, the shooter could not see the gas station from the cemetary. I gaurantee you that, because of how the pumps are located and the direction they face, the shooter was sitting in a vehicle directly across the street in the big parking lot.

the shooter was sitting in a vehicle directly across the street in the big parking lot. EXCELLENT POST (I don't know how to download the photos). You're right on about the parking lot theory. That would be a great place to sit and you're looking downhill...

Also:
This view from a little higher up shows the gas station (lower left)the Michael's store (tan roof, upper center) and the cemetary (upper right corner).
The grade rises about 25 to 30 feet from a base grade at the gas station, up Aspen Hill Road (left to right) to the front of the cemetary on Georgia Avenue.
Another note, the Michael's store front windows face out into the parking lot below it in the photo and the building on the right blocks any possible view of the store front from the cemetary. There are a row of trees that split the parking lot horizontally blocking off the back half of the lot. Dollars to donuts the shooter was sitting in a vehicle in the top half of that lot when he shot through the Michael's store.
On to the next site...

Here's a link to the Leisure World victim sat photo. I assume it's the shopping center on the right - seems like you know the area, maybe you can post it ...

They should be looking for overseas transfers of money of a size that would get the apetite of a punk going. They should look into banks in that area and see if some nobody has a new bank account with about 40000 new dollar up to some higher but not crazier number.

ANOTHER EXCELLENT POST - that's a huge lot, and you can see how sparse the parking is close to Aspen Hill Road.
