But there are things from WWII etc. that are still very secret. Certainly from the Viet Nam war. It CAN be done. Whether THAT secret could be kept SO well remains to be seen.

The Armed Services have marginally better track records than the civil service. The last big thing they tried to keep from the public was the NSA. It remained secret about a week and a half.

How deep into the classified world have you been? How much have you talked to people who were deeper into it?

I believe the experts I have known and worked with when they have noted that a number of highly sensitive, highly classified things have been kept exceedingly secure for decades.
