Your family understands the sacrifices being taken for the War On Terrorism. For a few months, I felt that there really was a nonchalant attitude towards the military. My daughter got married at 18 and moved the Whidbey Island, Washington, 1200 miles from the home she knew. What a change. A year and a half later, her husband was gone for 6 months. On his way home on Sept. 11 they had to turn the USS ENTERPRISE around and head back to do some major butt kicking. Indeed, it has been difficult. Another tour is coming up in 2003 at I time I fully expect we will be in a hot war.
