WASHINGTON -- Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Harvey Pitt faces a new problem: dissension from within.
For months, as corporate scandals broke all around, Mr. Pitt had been criticized for being too close to the accounting and securities industries he once represented as an attorney. please keep me posted - I am always interested in the SEC hear no evil, see no evil policy.
Pitt is just another no-op, like so many of the other empty suits that have filled the political arena.
I think Pitt wants to co-ordinate all investigations into the corruption because he needs to know what is happening and try to stop any action that would expose the untouchables.
