Who wouldn't bail for a 300% pay raise - are you kidding me? ;-)

Good for Paula.

These people do not make the news - they just read it, for crying out loud.

The Brits have it on this one - they are honest enough to call the talking heads "News Readers." ;-)

I guess guys would think paula was lovely to look at but all I saw was the cheeky forced grin & the teeth clinched together when she talked. I never watched her show & I'm glad I don't have to see her by accident. Her lefty opinions were too obvious for a news person.

Ditto, Ditter.

Rita Cosby is good at personal reporting and can get things out of people that other reporters can't.

Gracias, bones!

Fox News is the home of the foxes, no question. Don't forget Heather Nauert & Lauren Greene, who are smart and foxy too! And my numero uno immigration policy babe, Michelle Malkin!! She is on Fox almost every other day it seems!

In fact, Fox's strength in their claim of 'fair and balanced' is their choice of spokespeople for the conservative/republican view in news segments. For ages, the main media outlets would often pit 2 or 3 hardcore, shrill democRAT observers against a good hearted but eaily befuddled conservative.

Fox puts well spoken conservatives of a variety of sexes, colors, flavors, and types. I like it!

PS - I fell out of my chair when I first saw Laurie Dhue and her lips. Now, I set my clock to the Fox News briefs!!

PPS - Zahn is a lovely woman, also, no question!

I wonder if cosmetic companies bid on sponsorship for particular on air personalities.

If I was the marketing guy at J&J, P&G, Clairol, or Kimberley Clark; I'd want to have a line after each broadcast, "Wardrobe by (blank) and MakeUP by (blank)"

You'd make millions from just that by line!

You got that right - they could make a fortune!!!

Fox News is a goodlooking and smart news station!

Oops, and by the way, I have to add one more Fox:

Say whatever you want, I'm not joking - Greta Van as I call her gets me all hot and bothered sometimes. She can swing by my Vegas apartment anytime!!!

A smart, well spoken, and attractive woman!

Paula Zahn used to look down at people and blink her eyes sarcastically...that is why I NEVER liked watching her. Also, like it or not, she's a left, left, lefty. Too condescending for my choice. I was thrilled the day she was gone from FOX. She is right where she belongs.

<< Ailes retaliated months after Zahn's exit by plucking CNN's Greta Van Susteren to fill Zahn's old time slot. >>

Some "retaliation."

If the mind-bogglingly-stupid, egomaniacal, screeching, DNC-lickspittle lawyer, van Susterin, is not, after Larry Seltzer, the second ugliest Human Being ever to be given a TV show, it must be because she beat Seltzer out for ugliest!

Lauren Green is the best in the business. Brains, beauty,
and body, she's got it all, not to mention a great voice.

"I have to agree with your list of the Fox women except Rita Cosby, IMHO she can go, she's not proven herself to be a very good reporter."

"And then there's Carol Simpson of ABC"

I happen to think Rita Cosby is a very good reporter, but her on-air manner leaves something to be desired. Personally, I think this has to do with a lack of confidence, which is probably related to her looks.

I'll never forget an interview I saw last year between Carol Simpson and the ex-pres. It was story about poor blacks growing up in Chicago, and Simpson compared it to Clinton's "success" after his "humble upbringing."

The part that killed me was when we she stuck the microphone in Clinton's face and said "Mr. Clinton, I have to admit I am in awe of you, speaking to you like this. How do you feel about talking to me?"

This really happened. They cut away Clinton's answer, whatever it was. She was essentially comparing herself to Clinton, and asking him what he thought.

It was one of the worst things I have ever seen anyone who calls themselves a "network journalist" do.

"Have to agree w/ CNN on this one.She made a career decision, leave her alone. Who wouldn't leave their current job for 3x's the salary and a better time slot?"
I agree. That's capitalism, folks. Of course, if the rest of the country chooses to turn her off in droves, that's capitalism too. That's how the real world works. Yes, she's spectacularly dumb, but maybe that's what America wants before they have their coffee in the morning. (I don't, but maybe the hung-over uneducated masses do, so who am I to judge?)

Mancow, a "Fox and Friends" contributor, called Zahn a "knucklehead." Because she's the enemy, he said, "I just want to punch her in the face."

Real tough guy, this Mancow. I've seen him on H & C a few times, and he's just an embarrassment --- rude, childish, and stupid.

They put Mancow on as comedic relief...unfortunately, he's nothing but a shock jock that has gone too far... he got arrested for public indecency.
