Thank you for the update. One reason this SOB got in trouble is because he beat a little Italian Greyhound to death. For those who don't know, and Italian Greyhound is a memeber of the Toy Group of dogs (also includes such "fearsome" dogs as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire and Silky terriers, Toy Poodles, Pomeranians, and similar tiny dogs).

The IG's weigh all of 12–14 pounds soaking wet, and are tiny, fragile versions of Whippets and Greyhounds. A good stiff breeze of, oh, 3 or 4 miles an hour could knock them over. An IG's body is narrow, its entire head could fit in the palm of a teenage girl's hand, and it's legs have a smaller diameter than a chunky pencil.

Any vet, ANY vet who cannot control such a small, defenseless dog almost with his eyes closed, is not worthy of the trust that his clients place in him. So this SOB should have lost his license permanently.

The size of the dog tags in relation to the size of the dog should give you a good idea of just how small these dogs are. There is no way — NO WAY — a dog approximately a foot tall could have behaved to cause anyone remotely familiar with dogs to be unable to control it easily. The SOB is not a vet, he's a savage and a coward to take his savagery out on such a tiny, defenseless animal.
