"I had an acquiance in my neighborhood who left her dog tied up in the hot sun without water or food all the time. I watered and fed the dog every day. Finally, I took the dog and told her if she didn't like it to come over here and get it and be sure to bring her gun with her because we would probably have a gun fight." We did the same thing for a beautiful female German Shepard. To keep a dog chain bound with no food and water is troubling enough, but to pay $300 for a pure bred dog and do this is plain ignorant.
